The shareholders of our company, Dr. Philipp Jebens and Dr. Oliver Mensching, are at the same time the founding partners of Jebens Mensching.
Jebens Mensching has been formed by way of spin-off from a large German commercial law firm with initially 8 lawyers and in its first year has grown substantially and consists of 13 lawyers as of 1 January 2008.
In 2008, Jebens Mensching has been awarded the title German Property Law Firm of the Year from a group of five nominees, among them prestigious international law firms.

The team of Jebens Mensching specializes in integrated legal and tax counseling of investors, banks and project developers in the real estate industry. As expressed in the JUVE award, Jebens Mensching won an excellent reputation in the marketplace over the past few years, especially for:
